International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates may vary by country.
Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Tricut merchandise and shipping charges.
All products are shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. If you don't get your package after 14 BUSINESS DAYS of the purchase date, please email us at sales@tricut.com for further information.
If your shipping and billing address are different, then your billing telephone number MUST match your credit card billing telephone number. All Fraudulent and Suspicious Orders will be reported to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC).
If an incomplete or wrong shipping address is provided upon checkout and merchandise is returned, we will bill you an additional billing cost based upon the service you have requested for the correct shipping address.
