Shipping policy

We try to ship all domestic orders within 1 business day. Special order items or back order items will require extra time. Our staff will notify you if we require extra time to process and ship your order.

We use USPS and UPS. For all orders, if you provided a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped.

U.S.A. - Free Shipping Offer

Tricut offers free shipping for all orders over $50.00 to the Continental US (excluding taxes which are applicable to California residents). This offer does not apply to international orders.

For Free Shipping we use the best available option available. Transit time is 3-7 business days. If faster delivery is needed, choose your level of service instead of Free Shipping.

If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $200 threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.

Canada Shipping

All products sold on Tricut.com offer low-flat fee shipping of $19.99 USD (provider varies) to Canada. Other shipping methods and expedited service are available at checkout at discounted rates based on final delivery address. Canadian customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Tricut merchandise and shipping charges.

International

All products sold on Tricut.com offer low-flat fee shipping of $29.99 USD (provider varies) to any international address. Other shipping methods and expedited service are available at checkout at discounted rates based on final delivery address. International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates may vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Tricut merchandise and shipping charges.

If an incomplete or wrong shipping address is provided upon checkout and merchandise is returned, we will bill you an additional billing cost based upon the service you have requested for the correct shipping address.
